2015 Ford Expedition Limited 4x4 EL

Great Ford Dealer. So happy to have a Local Ford Dealership in NE Montana. Great Sales, Service and Parts staff. My first stop when deciding a purchase!

This dealership did what 3 others refused to do, warranty work. I had to call Ford corporate on the other 3 unfortunately each dealership is independent. Those 3 wanted me to pay 600.00 for dumb door handles that broke off at 18,550 miles. FOX Ford did a fantastic job at diagnosing the issue, getting the parts ordered, and getting them installed. It was pretty painless dropped the car off the night before so they could get to it first thing in the am. Was promised about 130pm but took longer which I was totally ok with knowing that they took their time to do the work right. I wasn't sure if we would be there before they closed but was able to pay for the A/C recharge over the phone. You guys really went above and beyond for me and I do Thank all of you for that. You will have a customer for life as long as I own a Ford. Keep up the great customer service. I did call corporate and let them know how great you all handled my warranty claim. Thank you again

The service staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. If they don't know the answer, they will research until they do. They treat me like I am an important customer and get my vehicles in as quickly as possible, especially in an emergency. I have had several very difficult repairs over the years, but they have always found the problem and got it repaired correctly. I definitely recommend their service department!!!
