Excellent service with a personal touch. I've never ordered a vehicle before, and Angel Shaw is the BEST!! She and the whole Crain team helped me every step of the way. Also, Neal Brickey is amazing . . . he's got great tech, too! I'm totally in love with my Cactus Grey Ford Maverick Lariat. I ordered all the bells and whistles with it and still got a great price. My trade value was awesome, too. It was the easiest, least stressful car-buying experience I've ever had. I love it so much that I named him Pete Mitchell (get it? from Top Gun--Tom Cruise's character's nickname is Maverick, but his real name is Pete Mitchell). Check out the picture of what Angel put on my visor. That personal touch makes such a huge difference, so I'm going to buy all my vehicles at Crain from now on.

I recently was traveling through Little Rock for work and the truck that I just picked up in OKC threw a bright red Error on the dash that said "Park Break Fault - Service Now" I had just acquired the truck and was driving it all the way from OKC to Tallahassee FL with a stop in the Rock Monday through Friday to take care of some business. This was very nerve racking. I had planned to work in Little Rock Monday through Friday, so I called my service writer, Tim, on Monday morning. Crain handles our fleet of Ford Fusions. Knowing that I had an 11 hour drive in front of me, they were able to get the truck into service. They successfully repaired my truck and I got back on the road Friday with zero issues. I'm grateful for Tim and the entire team at Crain Ford. They are great to work with and very accommodating. I really enjoy that they play Christian music throughout the building while you wait. Go see these guys.

Jordon was very nice, knowledgeable, showed me how everything worked in my new car and helped me get connected to everything in my new car. They have us a good deal and helped us get where we needed to be.
