I recently moved back to the area and my dad had experience buying from them. After taking my vehicles to Chevrolet dealers in Missouri, I was eager to keep the same oil/quality in Alabama. U-J Chevrolet did not disappoint. The place was clean, the amenities never ran out (coffee, snacks, etc.), and the staff was friendly. Thank you to the service staff for a wonderful experience. Mr. Howard listened and responded in a very professional manner. Very good customer service. the tech verified what I stated the problems were and acted on what I stated. I was kept informed of the diagnostic process, the repairs and the price. The whole team preformed as I would have expected a team working for me. Hard to find this kind of people and service today. Guess that's why I gave up and retired. Good job! 5 star service.

I had an oil change appointment for 1:30p. I received a friendly greeting at the door. ?? At check in, I asked how long it would take. I was told 1.6 hours. Pleasantly, my vehicle was done and ready to go in just over an hour.
