Chuck Greenlee is the best salesman. No pressure to buy after going 4 times. The service department took great care of my Bronco sport. But I traded for an Explorer and love it. I love their attitude and Terri in finance is fun to work with. I truly feel like I got a great deal. And most importantly that they care. I noticed a very minor defect day 2 and John Powell the General Sales Manager and Kevin in the collision center are wonderful hooking me up with getting it fixed. It was my first time taking my Ford Fusion Hybrid for maintenance at Koons Ford of Annapolis. The intake was quick although it was really busy. The staff was very helpful. Mike reviewed the recommended services with me and was not pushy. I loved that there was a shuttle to take me back to work. I only needed routine maintenance and was happy with the work. I will be returning for the recommended services!
