Brant the Service Manager always takes such good care of us when we visit that we were happy to buy another Ford. We currently have a 2016 expedition and a 2017 ford escape. Once again plaza ford was amazing. I worked with Charlie for the past few years now from buy my wife a vehicle to me buy a beautiful truck then just this past weekend buying my mustang. I couldn’t be happier with working with Charlie and Mike. Charlie is the salesman you dream of straight to the point he knows he does have to sell you on the vehicle the vehicle sell you. He understands that you came he to just look around and see what new ford have to offer. But once you’re ready to make the next step he’s strait to the point and gets you the best deal. That’s no can you get 1000$ more off then they say no and you get a call 2 days later saying we can make it happen. Plaza gives you the best price right off the bat and saves them the hassle of going back and forth just to see who’s going to fold first. At the end of the day this is a family owned dealership and it feels like they are part of the family when ever I’m in need of getting my vehicle serviced to buying a new one. Thanks again plaza

Terrific experience buying a used car from Plaza Ford. From our initial phone call to the final purchase the dealership was welcoming, attentive, and open. We got a very good price for the purchase and a fair price on the trade. The paper work process was efficient. There was no pressure to purchase add on services. They were offered, and when we said no, they moved right along. The sales person also accommodated the needs of two young kids as we moved through the test drive, negotiation and purchase process.
