2021 Ford Expedition Limited MAX 4x4

Cheryl was absolutely amazing and so helpful, my folks came up with me to go get my 2019 F150 and they were saying how incredibly fast and efficient she was! As it is my first time purchasing a vehicle I didnt know that usually it can take all day but Cheryl was incredibly thorough and still had us in and out in just about two hours. She’s awesome!

Customer service unmatched. Scheduled a recall about a month ago, and the concierge was planning to pick up my car from my place of work - close to the dealer. The morning of I called and told them I had a change in plans and they came and picked up my car from my house a bit further away, without hesitation. They took great care of my vehicle while it was with them, left me with a very nice loaner, and delivered my vehicle back to me before the end of the day - washed and all. They were also able to get me in for an oil change on short notice a few weeks ago, and I have had different experiences elsewhere. The original lady who scheduled all of this for me was very personable and kind, asking me about my profession when she realized I worked at the hospital, and thanking me for what I do.
