2020 Ford Expedition Limited MAX 4x4

I would just like to say that my experience at this dealership was a smooth one. Everyone was very helpful and nice and it wasn't an intimidating experience like many people claim it to be and I'm happy and glad it was the best experience I could ask for. The car I purchased was a fair price and they worked with me and my trade in. Russ Brown, the salesman, was very friendly and informative. He gave me information that I feel like others would not have given me. He kept me updated throughout the process and gave me the attention and respect I deserved. The rest of the staff was also attentive and helpful. Mo, the finance manager was welcoming and helpful and he gave me a good amount of information on the finance side of things and explained to me other services that they provide when buying a used car. Overall, great experience and they sold me a car that's in excellent condition for its age. Would recommend people to check this place out and see what they can do for you

Nick Stepici was very knowledgeable about the Bronco. When they did not have the configuration I wanted originally Nick was proactive to reach out when they got a new model in stock that met my needs. The negotiation, buying process, and delivery were flawless. Even the finance manager was great, he explained several options that met my potential needs and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. This is a top notch dealership with an innovative “living room” waiting room concept. The sales manager delivered a branded cup holder trash can as I prepared to drive away which was a nice touch.
