2019 Ford Expedition Limited MAX 4x4

I just picked up a 2024 Ranger XLT from Brighton ford this Tuesday. It was one of the first ones to land on lot and I was so excited to be able to be the first one in Livingston county to get the new body style. This is all thanks to my wonderful sales woman Brandy Webb , she was there right from the beginning when I was taking a look at the new color line up on the lot. She was friendly and came right out to me to greet me and was super helpful picking out a truck. The new Rangers weren’t available and on the lot to see but I felt very comfortable making my decision without even driving it. This was because Brandy took the time to go over options and make sure the truck would fit my needs. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new car. She is just wonderful.

I recently took my vehicle in for service at Brighton Ford and I have to say it was the most EXCELLENT experience I have ever had!! My service advisor, Mike Boron, is professional, kind, caring, and always available with updates. The technicians are amazing and very skilled. Brighton Ford is a first class organization and I will always be a customer.

This is my review on my experience at Brighton Ford. Sam Jade and Brandy went above and beyond. I was indecisive a few times. I had conflicts picking up the truck and they helped accommodate that as well. A few things were not perfect when picking up the truck but Jade went above and beyond getting everything squared away and set for me! I got some awesome truck swag out of it! Sam was out the day I took delivery but Brandy and Jade helped me get on the road I didn’t have to wait to long at all!! I’ve already recommended a few people to Brighton Ford and will continue to do so! Best experience ever buying in 56 years the whole experience was the best hands down. - Randy S
