I would never describe myself as a car nut, but through various circumstances I’ve owned over 20 cars in my adult life. Buying from Mercer was my favorite car buying experience I’ve ever had. Richie and the team made it extremely easy, and I appreciate it their low pressure sales approach. I had a real sense that they actually wanted what was best for me, and weren’t just trying to sell me something because it was good for them. Really wonderful people, and I’ll be buying cars from them in the future.

Richie was amazing! This is my second time using Mercer Motors. Back in 2020 he helped me buy my SUV and I came back again!! I roughly drive 30-40K miles a year so I need something that will be made to last! I told him what I was thinking and we decided on an Armada. Through patience and timing he found the perfect one in the pricepoint I needed to stay in! I am so happy in my new(er) ride! GREAT dealership!! Richie really cares about his customers! My husband and I bought a very nice gently used vehicle. Richie was able to find (a very hard to locate) a great F350 work truck and was also able to procure a beautiful Lexus for my daughter-in-law.
