Great experience and it was probably the most pleasant time i have had buying a truck. Treated very fairly in the deal. I would come back to them before i go anywhere else. Andrew was great to work with.

Had a great experience buying a new truck. I worked with Tara and Johnny, and they were both extremely helpful. I was surprised to find there was exactly zero high pressure tactics of any kind from anyone. Instead, I only saw happy people who genuinely cared about their customers. We met with Tara over a number of days and she answered every question and had us test drive multiple trucks to make sure we got the one we wanted. She was very knowledgeable, and on the matters she didn’t know off the top of her head (which was only 1-2 things) she was not afraid to say she didn’t know and would find the answer. That alone showed me she was honest. She truly embodied the practice of treating us the way she would herself want to be treated, and we left with a great truck. Johnny was also incredibly helpful. He stayed late after we got the paperwork done so that he could make sure we knew all the features of the truck. I highly recommend BK Ford, and plan to continue purchasing from here. I also highly recommend both Tara and Johnny.

Johnny Bluford Is the man, end of story. He is clearly a great Sales Associate and an obvious value add to that dealership. Trucks are expensive, the experience leading to that purchase is important. I would work with Johnny anytime. Although Johnny is a direct representation of his employer and my experience is colored through my 1:1 interaction with Johnny I must admit that the overall efficiency and process at the dealership is top shelf. The process of quick lane with Tyler Douglas and finance paperwork with Amanda Lesikar made the entire process enjoyable. I would recommend Bird-Kultgen repeatedly.
