I purchased a new battery in January and in the beginning of April it died so on the way to get it replaced and Diamond Ford my motor light came on the motor had to be replaced. The battery had to be replaced the car at 90,000 miles it’s a 2018 Ford escape and you wanted to charge me $7000 for the repair, we negotiated down to $4100 including the car rental which I had to pay for. I’ve been a strong supporter of Ford way before the crisis where the government bail everybody out except for Ford. Been using Ford products for 20 years or more. My question is why didn’t I get better support since the car only had 90,000 miles and it was a 2018 Ford escape seems to me that that should have been covered by a problem with Ford not a problem with me. Looking forward to your response to this statement. By the way your service people were great they’ve always been great. The only problem is you never can get them to return the call except for the quick Lane people.
Thanks for the help and great customer service. Tyler and James made this an easy trade in and purchase. Happy to be a part of the ford family at diamond ford. Thank you so much!!!
I like to thank Jamie for helping me pick out the trunk I wanted and for being really friendly. I will be coming back for a third truck here if I ever need another one.
