Jason Silverman at Dobb brother is 100 % hands down fantastic. My husband is an out of state truck driver. Our duly 3500 diesel started giving him problems. Are local chevy dealership in louisiana looked up a dealership in the tennessee area and found dobbs brothers. When my husband arrived, Jason greeted him immediately, my husband was able to remove the trailer from the truck and park It in a secure location on their lot while Jason and his team performef the diagnostic. The issue we were having required him to stay overnight as the dealer needed to order parts. Jason understood that we were there to deliver our load. With that being said, he went above and beyond to start working on the truck. Immediately, tearing it down. So when the parts arrived, the following morning, all they had to do was install the parts. Put the truck back together. Run final testing and diagnostics to confirm everything went well. Jason truly went above and beyond to accommodate my husband in this emergency situation to get him back on the road as quickly as possible. His professionalism, his care for the customer, understanding the urgency and the fact that my husband was 7+ hours away from home with no means of doing anything but sit and wait. His care for the customer and sense of urgency allowed us to get back on the road and deliver the load we had and also rebook the load we had to cancel when we thought we weren't gonna make the delivery. I found a couple 2026 Chevy Traverses at your dealership online before we came so I kind of knew what I was looking for. We were greeted right away by Chris. We looked at the RS and the High Country. Chris explained the differences in the two. He was very helpful. We chose to drive the RS and I loved it! We left to drive a few more cars at other dealerships but came back to Serra for the RS. Jeremy helped us from that point and he did a great job! We were in and out in about two hours. He took the time to tell me about all the gadgets, apps, etc. in the vehicle and we took it for a spin so he could show me how the super cruise worked. We had a great experience.
