Hello Internet and shoppers alike. I have read some of these reviews before I went shopping for my C8. I am going to express an honest review. This is not a paid advertisement, nor any financial gain. I did my homework and I worked with 4 dealerships , even some as far away as Texas . I saw some of the names people posted in their reviews but those were negative comments. My experience was with Chandler from Internet Sales. Pros: She was 100% on her job. Gave me upfront honest feedback. Very polite and professional at all times. When I finally decided to pull the purchase on my C8 , was worried that I would get the hook and bait treatment. But Chandler made the experience quite enjoyable. Her personality was pleasant both on the phone/email and in person. I would recommend you do business with her on any given day. I don’t know who her immediate supervisor is, but you need to read this. During the current state of the economy right now , the only reason your dealership got my business was because of that young lady, Cough - PAY RAISE ! Cons : There were no Hot dogs ???? being given away for drivers who drove 4hrs to pick up that incredible C8 So I understand different people have different experiences, but mines was 5 star all the way around. I had a great hassle free experience at Tidelands Ford all due to Patrick McMahon my Sales Consultant he made my purchase of my Honda so easy. He explained how my financing would be and made sure I understood, when other sales consultant just want your money and push you out the door. I drove 1.5 hours to this dealer for a reason. Patrick had my car detailed and in the showroom when I arrived. I felt like a celebrity. Patrick was so kind and understanding as this was my first big purchase as an adult. He gave me a gift card to commemorate the purchase in the ford store which was a cherry on top. I never felt judged for lnowing very little about the process. Theu walked me through each step and I felt they had my best interest in mind. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I had an amazing experience. Patrick you're the GOAT. Thank you and your entire staff for giving me the best experience for my first car purchase as an adult.
