My husband and I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer from Eric. I truly believe no one likes buying a car—at least I can say, I am not a fan, because most of us have never had a good experience. It’s always very back and forth. That was not the case here. I laid it out all in the beginning what our budget was monthly, what I wanted, and my trade in. Man…..did their team deliver. Unfortunately, I bought my Mercedes during the market when there was low inventory, but high prices. I was 10k in negative equity. I never thought I would be able to get out of it. I thought I was stuck with my car. After just having a baby 4 months ago and 3 kids total, I NEEDED something more spacious. We were suffering…the fights that were fought in that Mercedes, because my kids elbows touched. Eric heard my wailing cries and had just the fix for us. There was no back and forth. Their team made it work. When I say this was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever endured…I truly mean that. Eric was straight to the point, honest, and direct. That’s what we needed, not someone trying to put us in a car we couldn’t afford. Eric even was suppose to leave early that day, but stayed to help us out and get us into something more realistic for our lifestyle. Not only was it the easiest buying experience, it was the fastest. I loved my Mercedes, because of the phenomenal service I received. This definitely felt like the Mercedes experience, but at Ford. Thank you team for making this a seamless experience. This momma can finally breathe again and the car is absolutely stunning. To Eric and the management team, I am forever grateful.

I recently purchased a 2022 Ford Lightning Pro with 70 miles on it from Maxwell Ford, and overall, it was a really fast and smooth process. Troy Malovey was my sales guy—super easy to work with and made the whole experience straightforward. One thing I will mention is that I wish I had gotten a bit more information about owning and maintaining an EV. That said, I didn’t bring it up during the buying process, so that’s on me too. I just ended up doing a lot of research on my own afterwards. That said, I’m extremely happy with the truck so far—I’ve already put almost 1,000 miles on it, and it’s been awesome as my commuter/ work truck.
