The Mariejoe was not only professional and courteous but also went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The service was prompt, and she kept me informed about the progress throughout. Would have been all stars but when came in for our service appointment we were told to have a seat to our right. The area to our right had a table and 4 chairs only. If this had been our first time there we would think that was the only place to be or sit. This lonely corner with no coffee, water or anything else. We did fine on our own more amenities???????????

Best experience I've had with a Car Dealer Service Department this visit. MJ took great care of my wife's XT5. Good communication while the car was being worked on. Will definitely use Bayway Service in the future.
