This was the best experience in my life shopping for a newer vehicle at a dealership. Phillip was so amazing and thorough, personable, and kind. He was not pushy and was honest about every detail of the Bronco we decided to buy. We were very comfortable through the whole process. This is a family business that was started by a veteran back in the 1960's (a grandfather with a purple heart award). Our sales consultant, Phillip, spent time with us explaining how everything worked in the car, before we left. It was beyond closing time and he did not rush us off after we made the purchase. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband was given a Bud Cross Ford ball cap and I got a T shirt I will wear my T-shirt proudly, to advertise. I would recommend ANYONE looking for a car to drive to Caldwell to Bud Cross Ford. I will buy all my cars from Bud Cross. Travis sold me my mustang. I live in West Texas and he and another employee drove 4 hours one way to meet me to deliver the car.
