My husband and I purchased a 2026 Kia K5 today, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. We had an appointment and were assisted by Chris, who was friendly, knowledgeable, and very responsive to all of our questions and requests. We test-drove two models and decided on the GT, which we love. Although the dealership is about an hour away from us, the process was smooth, efficient, and well worth the drive. FIVE STARS to Chris M. Our sales rep, Meagan B. in finance, the gentleman at the parts counter (sorry, didn’t catch your name) and the entire Lawrence Kia dealership. I have never had such a pleasant experience in purchasing a new vehicle. We have been looking for a new vehicle for a while and been to many dealerships all were either too pushy or nowhere to be found. But when we came to Lawrence Kia we took our time to walk around the lot and when WE decided it was time to speak with someone, Chris was there and available for us. He didn’t try to push what he thought we needed but instead listened to our requirements and brought forth two vehicles that met our needs, and we were thrilled with both but chose the Telluride for its size and features. But Chris didn’t stop at the sale. We purchased some additional items from the parts counter and Chris was quick to having the items installed for us. But the great customer service didn’t stop there. Our finance rep Meagan B. was extremely thorough and patient (thank you) with my battery of questions and re-questions and clarifications, while my girlfriend got tired of my questions, Meagan was a real trooper and was very nice through the entire process. On top of it all, the vehicle I purchased was fairly priced. My thanks again to all at Lawrence Kia. They really shine at customer service.
