2015 Ford Expedition

I had the pleasure of working with Shane to purchase my first vehicle. He was very easy to work with. He was able to find me a really nice vehicle within my budget and meet all my needs. I would also like to say the finance department was very helpful and informative. May experience never felt pressured instead Shane was accommodating to me. I highly recommend Deacon Jones.

Love love love my experience with this location. Kaylee, bless her sweet sweet heart, came outside when I went to just look at a car that I saw online. She came out & started talking to her. It was super late on a Friday night, super duper cold outside. Told her I’d come back in the AM & wanted to test drive. She had the car all ready for me when I got there at 10/11 AM on Saturday. Came back later than night with my mechanic [aka dad who is a mechanic professionally]. Did my paperwork that night. Bergen, she’s also amazing! Any question that I had, she was able to help me. We had a small hick up but she was VERY accommodating. Everyone that I interacted with was amazing! Thank you so much Deacon Jones for everything!

Could not have had a better buying experience than I did at Decon Jones Ford. I am an out of state buyer and was looking for a very particular truck; I ended up coming across one at Decon Jones online. I contacted them online and was in touch with their sales manager Zan within 10 minutes. Gave me a fair honest price and within an hour from original contact we agreed on a price and I sent in a deposit. Unfortunately, the next day Zan had to contact me and inform me that the truck had sold before my deposit was sent and they had to honor the sale. Instead of making excuses, Zan stepped up to the plate and started to contact other dealers finding me the same truck. In the end, he was able to get me the exact same truck but with better options and features and was able to give me a better discount because of the mishap. I ended up with an even better truck and could not be happier. As an out of state buyer I had to fly to Raleigh. Decon Jones had a driver waiting for me at the airport ready to take me to the dealer. At the dealer my sales man Derrick was outside with the truck ready to go. I was at the dealer maybe an hour tops. Most of that time was just getting me familiar with the truck. There were no games played, no bait-and-switch, nothing. I have bought from many dealers before, and normally I would think no dealer was honest. However, I can truly say that Decon Jones is a good, honest place to buy from. Living over a 7 hour drive from the dealer, I would make the drive over and over rather than go to a local dealer who likes to play games and waste my entire day.
