2018 Ford Expedition XLT

Harry was the best salesman I could have asked for. From the very start he was warm, welcoming, willing to help, and completely honest. After going to a few different dealerships, it was a huge relief to speak to someone who wasn’t overbearing or aggressive and seemed genuinely excited to take his time and look at different cars with me. It was evident in every conversation how much he enjoyed his job and wanted to help. By the time I came to this dealership I was starting to regret the decision to buy my first new car, and Harry made the experience fun again. I couldn’t be more grateful and will absolutely recommend him to everyone I know. Elvis was also incredibly fun and helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Chevrolet app and how it worked. He walked me through almost the whole process by memory. Together, his and Harry’s enthusiasm, knowledge, and excitement made the whole experience better than I could have hoped for, and I appreciate them so much. My wife and I were beyond thankful for the service we received at Lone Star Chevrolet. Richard was the best car salesman we have ever had. He is courteous and knowledgeable. There was no pressure and he was patient. We had gotten to the dealership late Friday and even though everyone offered to stay late we decided just to come back in the morning. Richard and Eleazar were so accommodating. We came back in the morning and everything was ready. This was by far our best car purchase experience we have ever had. I would recommend not only this dealership for its cleanliness and attentiveness but also for the quality of their staff to make you feel like a valued customer. Had a great experience. Vehicles were ready to be seen on time for set appointment. Everyone was helpful and very pleasant to work with during the entire process. Could think of a better way to end before getting my new truck than seeing Elvis! Awesome team all around.
