This was my first time purchasing a Lexus and my first time purchasing a brand new car , the 2024 Lexus IS 500. Thank you so much to Nathan Hamblin!! He was extremely helpful and answered all my questions! The process was overall quick and simple and there was no pressure from any of the team there. The dealership itself is quite unique and feels very comfortable and even has complimentary Starbucks coffee and snacks. Also, Thank you to Joann for setting up my appointments, Chris in Finance, and Darren who who helped me set up my phone and showed me all the features of my new car!
