2021 Ford Expedition XLT

Capital City Imports helped me purchase my first ever car in my name! I was really nervous and skeptical at first just because I have never had to make such a big decision on my own. I went in wanting a certain vehicle, but with the help of Ahmed, I was able to find a car that was suitable for my use and my finances! He laid out all the numbers in front of me and was able to find a great deal on credit unions to help me with financing my vehicle. I ended up getting a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV and I LOVE IT! The process took a bit of juggling but we were able to get everything situated. Although the facility looks like it has had some better days, the warm feeling of welcoming and sense of family was apparent in the staff. I would definitely recommend them to friends/family. They also provide car rentals too if you needed. All around, great people.

One thing about capital city imports is that Matt Tucker went beyond to help me get a Ford F150 I will recommend going back to capital city imports to purchase another vehicle soon and not just Matt everybody that works for capital city imports, help in the long run. They did what they could try to get me into a vehicle most dealerships is charging 14k plus for a vehicle that’s over 200,000 miles my vehicle have less than that and it was for the right price and I accepted it. thanks again Matt for getting me a vehicle. I want it and making sure you was upfront with every single detail and not trying to go behind my back thanks

Capital City made it so easy for me to get an affordable rental while I was out of a car! Luke was extremely helpful in getting me situated with my reservations, and even helped me make a last minute extension to my reservation!
