Leo in the service department was very helpful after my vehicle left me stranded. He was able to get me in within a couple hours and even gave me his person phone number. Since I was from the valley he even offered to drive me home at the end of his shift if the issue wasn’t resolved. Very helpful and kind people working here. They clearly care more about their customers more than money. This type of service is hard to find these days.

Jim, Leo and the entire Service Department are absolutely amazing!!! We brought our Jeep in today with a coolant leak and it was diagnosed (needed a new radiator) repaired and back in our hands in just hours. Over the past few weeks, the Service Department has improved tremendously and we will continue to bring all our vehicles into Horne. Thanks guys!

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! With so much disappointment these days it's refreshing to come across a truly professional, customer-service-oriented business. I recently had service on my 2016 Jeep Patriot and it was done in less time than expected and at a better price. The staff in the Service Department: Tyler, Addison Jim and Leo were all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend you check with Horne before you go elsewhere for your service needs.
