The customer service was excellent. Jake thoroughly described my car issues and how they would need to keep the vehicle over the weekend due the lack of parts needed for the repair. He issued me a loaner car that helped me get where I needed to go over a three-day period. Job well done.

I went to LowCountry VW for my first 10,000 mile maintenance service and I absolutely loved my experience there. This was actually my second visit as my driver's speaker needed to be replaced. Both times I have visited this service department, I have been very pleased. They make you feel right at home; text message updates are sent on your vehicle's progress and I felt like the wait time was what I was told. Plus they have many amenities provided while you wait. It's a lovely place :)
