My journey to Nalley GMC started with viewing my dream vehicle on their website. The dream came true on 5/22/24. I talked with Terrance Holmes about three or four times before I traveled the 200 miles to secure the deal. His professionalism an attention to details made my my purchase smooth and extremely easy. My wife and I both agreed that this was the quickest purchase at a dealership that we have ever experienced. Terrance guided us into the parking lot and helped us get our property out of out trade in vehicle. His courtesy and service was above reproach. After learning that the headphones were missing from the vehicle entertainment system in the rear seats, he made sure that some new ones were promptly delivered to our home. I contacted Nalley Buick GMC in regards to a vehicle that they had for sale. I sent my initial email late at night and heard back from Sales Manager Mark Walker first thing the next morning. He promptly provided me with all the information that I requested, and we arranged a time for me to come in and see the vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealership, I was greeted immediately upon exiting my vehicle and was led to the showroom. Here I met with Salesman Gary Marsh. We sat down and he answered all of my questions, which were plentiful. We went through my whole laundry list and Gary was extremely patient the entire time. While we were speaking, Mark pulled the vehicle around for my test drive. I was then given the opportunity to look over the vehicle with Gary close enough to answer any additional questions that I had, while at the same time not feeling like he was overbearing or over my shoulder the entire time. I have experienced the latter at other dealerships and it just makes you feel uncomfortable. But not at Nalley Buick GMC. I cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism.
