Sewell BMW of the Permian Basin is definitely a 5 Star BMW Dealership without a doubt from my experience. I actually was contacted by Salesperson Johnny Rolston after I made contact through BMW ID ME. He contacted me by phone, listened to my desires concerning what type of vehicle I wanted to purchase for my wife, where I wanted to be on price after my trade in and lastly continued to follow up with me on what their dealership was able to do for me. Once I arrived at the dealership the next day, I was welcomed by every employee that I made contact with you even before I met Johnny which made me feel like a person instead of a number. After about 5 minutes, I met Johnny, he took me for a test drive in the two vehicles that I was interested in purchasing. I was able to make a sound decision after the test drive which Johnny and management worked with me to get to the finalized numbers on the vehicle. I was extremely happy with everyone professionalism at the dealership. Lastly, the finance portion with Roberto Ruiz went quite smoothly with no pressure tactics which any customer would definitely appreciate. My advice to anyone if you looking for a new or pre-owned BMW, don’t hesitate to contact this dealership. I will personally recommend Sewell BMW of the Permian Basin to my family and friends.

This was the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. Tanner, our client advisor, was knowledgeable about every vehicle we asked to drive. There was not a sales pitch or any pressure. Then when we decided on a car, that was painless as well. Genesis took care of me in getting the MyBMW app loaded and working. She took time to teach me about the car and its functioning. Very pleasant experience.
