I want to give a big shout out to Bob Murphy and the support team at Apple Autos in Shakopee. Bob was excellent and helped get me into my new 2024 F150. He was highly recommended by my daughter who purchased a Bronco from him last year. My daughter was spot on.. Bob and the Team did not disappoint. I made the trip from my home in Eagan for this purchase. I will be coming back to see Bob again at the Shakopee dealership when I'm ready for my next vehicle purchase. Thanks again to Bob and to all of the staff there that made the process quick and painless! David H

Apple Auto had a used Camaro for a fair price. I called and spoke with Scott who went the extra mile to answer any questions I had. By the end of our conversation, I put down a deposit on the car to hold it until I arrived the next day. The car was considered "as is" since it was a recent trade so I knew I was taking a risk, but the price was fair, so I moved forward. I found quite a few things that I wish Apple caught before my purchase, but in the end, I'm happy with the car. Thanks Scott. For service, Scott was great. He seemed new, so I was pretty patient and had no rush. We were able to get through all of the paperwork in a reasonable time. Scott even let me leave my truck in the yard until the next day so I wouldn't have to load the car twice on my trip. My only complaint would be that the gentleman who seemed to be training or guiding Scott was a real dink and seemed unprofessional. Yelling for Scott across the building anytime something printed and was kind of rude anytime Scott asked him a question. Issues with the car that I wish were identified first. • Rear diff leak, low fluid was making the whining sound. • Coolant leak from the block to the oil cooler • Headlights were wired by a 12yo, cut, twisted, and taped with masking tape, and the access covers were left hanging. • Driver-side fog light falling out by the time I made it home. The passenger side had no bulb and wires left hanging. • The rattle noise that we discussed was the exhaust laying on the cross member. • They did mention that the second gear would grind, a fluid change seemed to help but I'll eventually need to replace the synchro. At the end of the day, I got a nice rust-free (From Texas) sports car that only needed some minor work. Thanks again, Scott!

I’m really thankful to Apple used auto and his amazing Salesman Sean Kelley. After being denied to multiple dealerships, he got me into a 2011 BMW and made the process really smooth. He answered all of my concerns and made it easy not like other dealerships I have gone too.
