My wife and I are proud owners of a 2024 Carnival and a 2024 K5 and the only reason why we have those cars is because out our sales representative, John Smith. We first met John when buying our Carnival and his fun loving, engergetic personality was the first thing that I was impressed with. His knowledge and experience with customer service was what my wife was most impress with. He genuinely cares about his customers and he made the purchase (which can be stressful and unpleasant) fun and engaging. It was like being at a party where the parting gift was a new car. John never made us feel "sold to" or rushed and we felt like we were the only customer he had that day. I also felt we got the best deal that could've been given. We liked our first experience so much that we had to have a second one the next month! That experience was even better because of the relationship John forged with my wife and I. John frequently calls to make sure our vehicles are in good shape and just to check in with us. I love the fact that John isn't just out car salesman but the is our friend now. In these times, you don't get that many experiences like the way John works with you and makes you feel wonderful about your purchase. Our sales rep Mike Thornton was great! We were in the market for a bigger vehicle for the past few weeks online. He called us to schedule an appointment, we missed it. He followed up with us again. Because of his relationship skills, his knowledge and confidence we decided to visit in person even though we did not find a vehicle that suited our needs online. Once we arrived, my husband told him we were short on time and we needed to get straight to the point. He was respectful of our time and listened attentively to our needs. He did not come across as pushy or like he needed to make a sale. He is a PROBLEM SOLVER. we have dealt with many sales representatives in the past and we are both in sales. The location was stunning and clean!! From the moment you enter your greated and the staff showed excellent customer service skills. The store manager introduced us to our salesperson, Grecia, who was delightful and well-informed, making our purchase process enjoyable. She was attentive to our needs and presented various options. Gave us the option to compare and see other models before making a decision. Carlos, the finance manager, was equally accessible and responsive, considerate to our budget and requirements. Overall, we had a great experience and were particularly impressed by the diverse range of vehicles, which surpassed other dealerships closer to our area, this was a drive but it was worth it. My sole criticism, which is a general issue when buying a car, either is a sales tactic or it's just the process, or maybe it's our luck, but it is the overly lengthy process, I absolutely hate the time it takes. Nonetheless, having people like Grecia and Carlos made it much more tolerable.
