The staff at Herman Motors was very informative, kind, and thorough when dealing with my son‘s Ford focus. There was an extended warranty on the transmission control module that needed to be replaced. They kept me informed on delays in part delivery and once part was delivered they replaced it very quickly. They also were willing to store my sons vehicle for four months while waiting for the replacement part. I highly recommend Herman motors !

I was on vacation when a service light came on that needed attention. I have a 2016 Winnebago with a Ford Transit as the chassis. I inquired at the service desk and they were able to take it in right away. About an hour later they had fixed the issue and had me back on the road! Now that is Great Customer Service!
