2025 Ford Expedition Active 4x4

I have only had good experiences here. The newer valet service is pretty slick. Brett did a good job of keeping me informed of the service on my truck. I noticed a few issues after some work (turns out it was unrelated) but they took a look as a follow up and did not charge me. The gentlemen who picked up my truck and brought it back were very friendly.

We worked with Taylor W. and he provided us amazing service with purchasing our new vehicle. I was nervous going to an unfamiliar dealership because you never know how you are going to be treated. We drove 2 hours and it was well worth it. He was not pushy and never pressured us, explained which things on the purchase agreement were optional and we were not obligated to purchase. Very honest dealership, would purchase from them again.

My husband and I had James g as our salesman, and we had a very positive experience.Never did we feel pressured.We were Asked what our wants and needs were for A vehicle.,and then given ideas and options.All Questions we asked were clearly answered. We received very helpful information on how To use the many features with the monitor and Electronics that we were not familiar with. We love our new F150 truck!
