Just purchased a CX 50 from Ethan, and in my years of buying cars this was by far the most painless and easy experience I've had, the whole process was just under an hour the car looked great from detail and the finance department was great as well! My Sales Consultant, Keith Owens. was extremely professional throughout the entire process. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase or feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been since the year of 2007 since I had purchased a new vehicle, so yes the technology wasn’t there and this is all new to me. Keith helped me to understand and still invited me to come by if I needed further assistance. I can't recommend the professionals at Gerald Jones Automotive Group more highly. I saw the car I wanted on their website and called them immediately. Gary Rickenbaker answered my call and set me up with my Sales Representative, Karl Helms. Karl was extremely professional throughout the entire process. At no time did I feel pressured to purchase or feel like I was being taken advantage of. Coming from Atlanta, they reserved the car for me until I could schedule an appointment. When I arrived, they handled the sale and trade in less than ninety minutes. The Finance Professional Frank Majors offered a much better interest rate than both my bank and credit union.
