Completely worth the 3 hour drive! From phone call to registration! Called ahead as I was on my way to confirm the car was still there, they reassured me they would set it aside until I got there. I was welcomed by the sales manager Henry, the sales rep Ryan W was great to work with, and Gabe in finance was a pleasure as well! Everyone was very personable, up front and straightforward. Over all a great experience and since I live out of state and Mass does not do temp tags, they drove the car up 3 hours and met me at the DMV to finish everything up!
I was impressed by salesperson Jose Velasquez. He had an in- depth knowledge of the two cars we were interested in. He was polite, professional and very nice to my son, who was buying his first car. I also liked that Bernardi Toyota offered a 30 day refund policy. This compared favorably to what other dealerships offered (a 30 day credit towards another car). Overall, it was a pleasure shopping for a new car with Jose and Bernardi Toyota.
