2025 Ford Expedition

I recently purchased a fine piece of machinery from this dealership. I had the pleasure of working with Drew Peterson from the online sales team. He communicated very well and we were able to work out the numbers via text messages - no pressure. Furthermore, Drew was very helpful even AFTER the sale with helping me find a part I needed. He also shipped me something I had left behind in my old car. A+ service. Great experience overall.

I was in the market for a 2022 Mach 1 Mustang and found one online at Star Lake Ford. The car was very rare. I searched up and down the East Coast. I made an offer at one dealer ship in Virginia and it was accepted. Over the weekend a customer walked into that dealership and the sales person sold it out from underneath me. Because I was in Massachusetts and it was more of a hassle to do a deal long distance he took the easy route. Needless to say my mistrust for used car salespeople was at an all time high. When I found another car a in Pennsylvania at Star Lake I was on high alert to get screwed over again. I was put in touch with Drew, one of the salespeople at Star Lake. We negotiated a price and very quickly agreed on it. I expressed my concern of the car being sold on me. I told Drew my story of the other dealer ship. He assured me that the car was mine even though I still had to get a deposit to him and obtain financing. Needless to say Drew kept his word, even though I remained skeptical throughout most of the process. He continued to assure me not to worry. I was also assisted by Sarah who was handling the financing and paperwork including a registration for Massachusetts. She was also a great help and also had to endure my constant concerns and explained the process to me. I had the car shipped and it has arrived safely. I can’t thank Drew and Sarah enough for their patience and understanding with me. I wish them and Star Lake the best and would highly recommend them for any purchase. Thank you Again.
