2017 Ford Expedition XLT 4x4

Daman is genuinely the nicest and most honest human being I've ever done business with, and I sincerely mean that. My wife and I traded in our CRV for an F150 he had on his lot. Not only did he give me a more than fair price on my trade, but he also went out of his way to make the trade work (as he was trying to avoid trades at the time, but a sale of the CRV didn't go through and he wanted to help us out). He even stayed after the dealership had closed to complete the sale because I was driving such a long way. I noticed a few problems with the truck when I test drove it and he addressed them promptly. He knew I was in a bind and needed the truck for the weekend, so he allowed me to drive it and assured me he would complete the repairs we spoke about when I brought it back the following Monday. He kept his word, and also kept me informed throughout the entire process. Afterward, I discovered that I needed to get some ball-joints and control arms replaced on the truck (logically, due to its mileage) due to some shaking at highway speeds, and he offered to cover half the cost of that repair since I'd only just bought the truck. I can't tell you guys enough how awesome working with Daman has been. Him and his team go above and beyond to make sure their customers have a good experience. I'm from a place where honest businesses are incredibly few and far between, so this was a shocking experience for me. Used car dealerships are a dime a dozen, but this one has made a lifetime customer out of me.
