I wasn’t in the market to purchase a vehicle, especially since I already own 2. However, I drove past L.A. Trading’s auto lot everyday because I live in the same area. I even pull up inside the lot and check out the cars. I noticed one in particular that matched my character. The next day it was gone. The third day it was there again so I inquired. I highly recommend these guys. I worked with Mario. Very nice young gentleman. No pressure. They just let you wander around and look at the cars. I don’t like feeling pressured by a salesman standing over me. I had questions. He was very knowledgeable about the cars. Took one for a drive and came back made an offer and it was very painless. I don’t think the paperwork took more than 30 minutes total. Very professional and courteous. Also gave me a free oil change at a place down the street. Nice touch

I would give ten more stars if it was an option. We had spent days working with dealerships/ car lots. They were my final call before we made a decision- mind you it was an emergency to get into a bigger vehicle. I had spent nights awake worrying. We gained another child overnight in an emergency placement and had more people than seats in our car. The entire process was seamless. I still feel like I’m getting punked. Nothing is ever that easy for me. From first point of contact on the phone to settling into our next vehicle, the entire process took MAYBE an hour and we drove off the next day. (Our choice) You also cannot beat the warranty provided with the vehicle either as that is why most customers shy away from used lots and opt for certified pre owned. The entire warranty is good for TWO YEARS !! yes- I read the fine print. It’s the real deal. Engine and transmission- two of the bigger concerns and not really covered under other warranties - $100 deductible and Can be addressed directly at a dealership if you so choose. We could not be happier with our new explorer. It’s fully loaded as are most of the inventory here. They are really out to help people and are completely transparent with pricing. The vehicle is to die for and I couldn’t be more in love. Thank you Mario and staff for the transparency, timeliness, and kindness. We will be back within the month for another purchase for our oldest child. As a family with young kids, used vehicles are the only way and I don’t see us ever going anywhere else.

I must say that my experience at LA Trading was exceptional. Mario was absolutely the BEST salesperson I've ever dealt with. We ran into some problems getting the title cleared for the car I was buying. What was possibly going to be a weeklong wait, he found a way to get it done the next day. When I say Mario was the BEST, I mean the BEST. When I went back the next day, I met Osman, and he too was just a darn good person. In order to make amends for having to wait another day, Mario was awesome enough to make me a GREAT deal on a new set of tires, meaning they went above and beyond to make sure I had a great client experience. I found Mario and Osman to be VERY client focused and you could tell they were going to do everything they could to make sure I had a good and very fair buying experience. I'm usually skeptical about going to independent auto dealers, however, I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone. I bought a Mercedes and couldn't be happier.
