2020 Ford Expedition XLT 4x4

This is exactly what I've always expected (but sadly most experiences fell short) from a car buying experience. Nathan was AMAZING from our very 1st conversation right through to how he demonstrated the features of my new Navigator. I recently bought a used Navigator from State Motors and it was one of the best car purchasing experiences I have had. Additionally I was coming from Boston and my sales agent Marc went out his way to do what he could for me from afar to maximize my trip to Manchester. The car itself is immaculate and they even included a 12 month warranty which is rare for a 10+ year old car. And when it came to signing the papers, Lyndsay had everything lined up and it all only took about 10 minutes. I have had plenty of experience with pushy/shady dealers and so it was refreshing to be able to work with the honest, genuine people at SM.

Clean & comfortable waiting are with TV, complimentary snacks & beverages. Scheduled work started and completed on time. Knowledgeable & cordial staff. Performed brake line replacement on recall & 50k inspection. 2 hrs. Kudos to one of the oldest family owned dealerships in this country. I loved the historical photos & news clippings on the walls.
