I just purchased a used 2022 Tiguan from Mac Haik Ford and I couldn't be happier with my experience! My sales representative Dylan Delgado was absolutely fantastic. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from him in the past year (also a Raptor and F250) and each experience is seamless. Not to mention I feel like I got this car for an absolute steal of a price compared to the rest of the market. Dylan took the time to answer all of my questions and showed me various features and options of the vehicle. He was patient and didn't pressure me at all, which was really appreciated. I usually dread going to dealerships because it can be an all-day ordeal, but from the moment I stepped foot on the lot to when I got the keys to my new car took under 3 hours. Nicole in used vehicle sales is the person you want to go to. She got Me into My 2019 Nissan Frontier after several other dealerships turned Me down or wanted insane down payments. Best time to buy is the end of the month. She steered Mr away from vehicles with problems. Very good Sales Woman.
