I want to start off and say Thank you to Mr. Shelton. Mr. Shelton (Sales Rep) went above and beyond to make a dream come true for my family. He is professional, polite, understanding, and true to his word. The Ginn Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealership family is exceptional when it comes to customer service. Not only did Mr. Shelton buy and sell me a truck but walked me around the dealership and introduced me to key personnel that I needed to know (Service Department Manager, Service Writers/Reps, and Quick Lane Supervisor). I recommend anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle take a second out of your day and give the Ginn Family and Mr. Shelton (I am not saying the other Sales Reps aren't good just saying he was my Sales Rep, but they all have smiles on their faces and ready to assist) a visit at the Covington location. Mr. Shelton great job and thank you again for providing exceptional service and putting my family in safer and newer vehicles. Truely Grade A service.

Appreciate the ease of being able to remain in my vehicle while minor services are performed - I can conduct my personal business which makes the time go by quickly. The staff members are extremely polite and knowledgeable, and they treat me with respect. When I do have a need to wait in the lounge for my service, the lounge atmosphere is fantastic! It almost reminds me of a cigar lounge - big screen tv available, a variety of snacks & drinks and great music playing in the background. The dealership and lounge are extremely clean and I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere.

My salesperson was Khadijah and she treated me like family. I went to trade in my car for a used car with fewer miles and ended up with a brand new Jeep Renegade! I'd had no intentions of getting a new car but Khadijah convinced me that my fifty mile daily commute would eventually wear badly on my car. Besides, I always wanted a Jeep. She followed my wishlist and pulled up in the Renegade. She worked the numbers and the rest is history. I love this dealership, too. The ambiance was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and it was clean and inviting. The coffee was right on time and the snacks were plentiful. Lol. I'll definitely send friends to Ginn.
