2017 Ford Expedition Limited

I recently had an unfortunate event at Wray Ford occur. I took my 3 month old truck in with 5k miles on it for its first oil change where an accident happened in the oil changing bay that resulted in severe damage to my truck. Obviously I was devastated, but now I am driving a new truck. I’d like to personally thank Mr. Amos Meshell and Mr. Wray for taking care of me and getting me in my new vehicle. Accidents happen in business. Wray Ford could have taken the low road, but they didn’t. I appreciate them doing the right thing. Thank you!

I have bought numerous tires here over the years. I prefer to spend a little more $ on quality OEM parts when their available. It seems like their labor rate is average. Since it is a family owned business, they don't seem overly pushy on repairing my high mileage vehicles.

The staff was very nice, repaired my vehicle the first time with no problem, my check engine light hasn't came back on, very pleased, thank you Wray ford!
