I went in after seeing an ad for an SUV I was very interested in. I was quickly greeted and met Will and told him my price range and that ruled out the original vehicle I wanted. Will and I walked the lot and he showed me all of my options within my price range, we looked at multiple cars and when I narrowed it down, he was very patient as I went back and forth to those vehicles trying to make up my mind. I finally picked out the one I wanted and Lori worked with the bank all evening on securing the payment amount I was able to make, and we were good to go! Knowing I went to get a bigger car as I just had a child, Craig and Lori put 4 new tires on the vehicle for me to ensure I have to safest ride possible for baby. I am beyond happy and now the proud owner of a 2019 Toyota Highlander Limited thanks to Will, Lori, and Craig! Gold Key and staff are amazing!

We had an amazing experience at Gold Key Auto! The entire staff was professional, helpful, respectful, and responsive. Conversation was clear and direct. We told the first salesperson (a young woman with silver hair) how much we wanted to pay and how much we had down and she took us on a golf cart ride to show us the vehicles that likely would fit our conditions. As she started paperwork, another staff member brought up the cars we pointed out to test drive. After we decided which we liked best, we went inside and signed paperwork. Everything took about an hour. It was wonderful!
