I finally was blessed with being able to buy myself a new nice vehicle. I looked online and looked at many vehicles. A really nice 22 Nissan Rogue loaded really caught my eye! So I called Nissan Chevy dealer in Morristown Tn. John Philips was the sales manager that sent me a video of the Rogue. I tried it out and Loved it made a good deal on it vehicle was super clean very nice with leather seats. John was very nice very professional and was not pushy at all. I made the deal and went to pick it up. John met us there shook our hand and had the vehicle brought in front. It was super clean and they had it filled with gas and ready to go!. That was so nice. I Love my Rogue and had a great experience there at Nissan Chevy. Ask for John Phillips he will treat you right.????

After deciding to replace my truck that I really loved and hated to get rid of due to some mechanical issues, I did a significant amount of searching online to find the proper replacement. Given that I live in the Northeast (Pennsylvania), it can be difficult to find trucks in this area that aren't significantly rusty (especially when searching for older ones). Given that my search was expansive to all over the US, I was fortunate enough to find one that would suit my needs at Morristown Chevy. I requested additional information and photos online given that I live too far away to have gone in to inspect myself in person. Despite an initial drop in communication due to the salesman being under the weather, another associate (Jazz) reached back out and assisted me with what I asked for. The original salesperson (Will) was back and available the following morning and assisted me with some other things that I needed with regard to making my final decision. Before the end of the day, we came to agreement on a deal that included them delivering the vehicle to me, despite the distance their dealer is from me. This all occurred in the week before Christmas and, despite that, they were still able to accommodate my schedule (I was heading out of town) and they got the vehicle to me just a few days after Christmas before I left. They really did their best to assist me and be as accommodating as they could, and they handled everything from top to bottom (including the out of state paperwork) allowing me to simply sign the needed documents online and pay them upon receipt of the vehicle. I truly could not ask for a better or more seamless process, given the challenges that can arise with purchasing a vehicle out of state (Spencer did a great job of walking me through everything and answering all of my questions). Having purchased multiple vehicles out of state, I can tell you that this is one of the best experiences that I have had. They were patient, helpful, and responsive to my numerous questions and requests. Happy to say that I have the truck and am already enjoying it. Thanks Will, Spencer, and Jazz as well as everyone else at Morristown Chevy that made it happen!
