Top-notch customer service, Idetthe, with a lot of patience explained everything we needed to know and made us feel comfortable with all questions exceeding our expectations. Seriously go buy your vehicle here... with her!! Definitely worth the hour drive!

We had the easiest, stress-free experience with Keith from Lakeland Cadillac. We sent email inquiring about a truck on their lot, and within 30 mins, we not only heard back from Keith, but he sent us a video demonstration of the truck. It was such a great selling point for us since we live 90 minutes from the dealership. He was available for all our questions, even on his day off. They made our purchase a breeze and I would not hesitate to drive 90 minutes again to purchase another vehicle from them.
