2019 Ford Expedition Platinum

I took my truck in to make it safe before I gave it to my daughter. It was a 2009 and required a lot of work James Bravel did an excellent job, communicating through every step of the process, and helping to explain some of the services that were needed to make the car safe for my daughter. Excellent job and excellent customer service.

This young lady was patient, she smiled the entire time and she even had my husband with the biggest smile ever.
