I recently purchased a car from Mountain View Chevrolet through an internet deal, as I live 62 miles away. When I arrived at the dealership, the car I had my eye on was out for a test drive. However, Miguel Cervantes, the Internet Sales Manager, went above and beyond to ensure I got the exact car I wanted despite the hiccup. Amir made the finance process completely painless. The next day, when I returned on the Metrolink to bring home my car, Ash, the Sales Manager, personally picked me up at the train station and drove me to the dealership. Three days into owning my 2021 Bolt EV, I encountered a major issue with the lithium battery pack. I called Miguel, who promptly arranged a service appointment for the next day. Upon arriving at the service center, I was greeted by Matt Baker, my Service Advisor. Matt’s friendly, happy, and reassuring demeanor made a stressful situation much easier. He kept me informed throughout the diagnosis and the eventual replacement of the battery by General Motors.
