2025 Ford Expedition Platinum 4x4

This was my 3/23/24 personal experience at Deml Ford Lincoln dealer, and I honestly remain just blown away. I met with Brad (co-owner) to finalize the purchase of a new leased truck that started with a simple phone call to discuss the possibility of leasing a truck. From the moment I texted and spoke with him on the phone, to the Saturday morning when we arrived at the dealerships front door, Brad was responsible and reliable in getting us lease numbers we could count on as being accurate. Not just Brad, but everyone we met working there was downright friendly and respectful, and we had never even purchased from them before. The stores front desk was attended by a super nice gal that actually seemed enjoy being there and was happy to direct us to where we needed to be. I realize this all sounds like what you should expect from any dealership, but my personal experience over the past years suggest otherwise. I think I prefer the slightly smaller size dealership that will pay attention to everything you are asking for and not just what they think you need. I'm destined to be back to Deml in 3 yrs to get my next work truck and I can't see any reason why that will change. I'll update my comments if it does. FYI - We drove from Plymouth MN which took us 1 hr and 20 minutes to get to Deml Ford, and I would have honestly driven even further for the purchase experience they provided. Absolutely incredible. As for the truck, it is everything I was hoping for - the lease deal was better than others I priced in our metro area, and the truck was detailed and turned over to me with a full tank of gas. Thank you all at Deml Ford!
