We worked with Don Mendoza and Dale to get a car we had been searching to find for a long time. Don helped answer a lot of our questions and compare the different models and packages offered before we made our decision. He didn’t pressure us or make us feel rushed even though we arrived later in the evening. Dale got us through all the paper work quickly and he also didn’t pressure us into buying any extra warranties we didn’t want. Overall a great experience and very different than what we’ve been through with big name dealerships.
The whole experience at Performance Ford was efficient! We came in looking for a specific car, and we were greeted right away by Andrew. We knew we wanted a Nissan NV van, and he was very transparent about the car. Right away he printed the CARFAX and we noticed that it had an open recall by Nissan. This made us hesitant at first, but he went out of his way to call Nissan Dealership and make sure that it was something that they would be able to take care of it right away. After that, financing and the rest of the process was efficient. While we finished our buy, our two year old had the time of her life in a little kid corner area.
