2020 Ford Expedition Platinum 4x4

I had been looking for a pick up truck for several months and had visited several different Ford dealerships. My experience with Johnson Sewell was very positive one. The salesman who helped me, Jim Joiner, was a great guy, did not apply any high-pressure tactics, and had a fantastic sense of humor. I would buy a car from him again in an instant. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. The entire experience at Johnson Sewell was positive. Every staff member I dealt with was customer focused and friendly. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. In addition, I felt the price I paid for my new truck, as well as the amount I was given for my trade-in, was fair. The dealer offered great customer service, a friendly staff, and a pleasant truck buying experience. I felt every step of the way I was treated with integrity. I really can’t ask for more than that.

We had a great used car buying experience. Cami was our sales rep and she was very friendly and helpful. Great communication with her before making the drive out to make sure they had what we were looking for. The whole process was very smooth, from Cami to Chris in the business office.
