I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac from Ryan Cadillac and it was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership. They worked with my schedule, made sure I was informed throughout the process, and helped me purchase the vehicle I wanted despite still being in a lease. Thank you, Braden and the Ryan Cadillac Team!

We went car shopping one day in mid July. We were looking to trade our pickup for a mid size new, or up to three year old, low mile SUV or crossover. After several dealerships, test drives and a full day of dealing with "could care less, take it or leave it" sales people, over priced vehicles and some really lowball trade offers, we decided to call it a day and go home. As we were driving down 20th Avenue past Ryan's Cadillac, GMC, Buick, my wife said "have you thought about stopping here?". I replied "no, it looks like they only have a few SUV's, and I'm ready to just call it a day". Besides, we hadn't even considered looking at Cadillacs for some reason. Since we were driving by, I decided to pull through the lot and have a look anyway. Sitting on the east end of the front row was a really nice looking bronze 2019 Cadillac XT5 Platinum AWD that immediately caught our attention. We got out to look at the car, and after a few moments, a sales person pulled up on a golf cart and asked if he could help us. We wanted to look at the XT5, two other XT5's there with it and possibly a couple Buicks. He went and got the keys, and we looked at the low mileage, "Cadillac certified" 2019 first. After looking it over and test driving it, we decided we weren't interested in the others, just the 2019. We went inside to talk, and the sales manager took our truck to appraise it. While we were waiting, we found out that the store was closing for the day because of a company picnic. We offered to come back the next day or the weekend, but the sales manager, salesman and document person all insisted they would stay until we were finished one way or another. When the manager came back with an offer, I thought it was a little low and said so, he asked what our highest trade offer of the day was and said he would give us $1001.00 more than that. They also agreed to install a set of factory mud guards to sweeten the deal. We worked out a deal and drove the Cadillac home later that evening after it was washed and checked out a final time by the service department. Incidentally, several people stayed late and missed the company picnic. The entire staff we worked with were friendly, genuine, conversational and didn't act a bit like they just wanted to get the sale over with and get out of there. A week later, we brought the car back to have the mud flaps installed, and the service manager and service staff were equally impressive. They made me feel like they genuinely cared about how I was treated, and cared about making sure my car was taken care of. After many years of being treated as something between "fairly decently" and as an outright inconvenience by other dealerships, it was a really pleasant change. This was the first time in many years that I left a car dealership and didn't feel at least a little bit cheated. If this is their norm, I'll be stopping at Ryan's first from now on. Incidentally, the Cadillac XT5 also out classed all the many other vehicles we looked at and tested, and was actually realistically priced. It also rates 5 stars so far.
