2020 Ford Expedition Platinum 4x4

The staff at Northgate Ford is absolutely exceptional. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a vehicle. The entire staff went above and beyond. Jackson our salesman was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and just all around a pleasure to work with. My husband found the F-150 of his dreams on their website that had everything he wanted, and nothing he didn’t want. We specifically went to check it out, not expecting to be driving off the lot with it. Given our credit and a low value trade in, we didn’t see a brand new vehicle in the cards for us today. Luckily we walked into Northgate Ford and they made it happen. Zack worked his magic and we were presented with an incredible financing offer. (I would’ve loved to see the look on our faces when he told us. We couldn’t believe it.) Thanks to Zack and Alec both working with us we were able to purchase a brand new F-150 for exactly what we wanted our monthly payments to be, WITH 84 month extended bumper to bumper warranty! The best part is, we never felt pressured once. We couldn’t be happier with the truck, the price, the payments, the staff etc. It was all around a great buying experience. Northgate Ford has gained me and my husband as customers for life!

I had a great buying experience working we Ed Woodward. There was no pressure and he was very patient with me as we examined multiple scenarios ultimately allowing me to make the best possible decision. In the process I also met Zack and that was an exceptional interaction. Last of all I dealt with Jesse in finance and he was again no pressure. As a whole the experience was fantastic. I have bought four vehicles from Northgate in the past and will shop with them when I’m ready for my Shelby Mustang.
