I absolutely love the new feature that the shop has implemented. The technicians send you a personalized link to your phone and email with a video explaining the work they are doing, as well as any additional work that is being suggested. It gave a level of transparency that I feel most autoshops do not include.
I cannot rave enough about the Kia of Beavercreek team. They were efficient and extremely courteous. I went to Jeff Wyler Kia of Fairfield first... DO NOT Recommend. My next vehicle purchases will be completed at this dealership! Thank you for making my car buying experience a positive one!
