2018 Ford Expedition Limited 4X4

On 03/02/2024 I purchased a 2021 Toyota Rav4 at this location. I had the pleasure of working with Trey Lewis. He was quick with finding the exact car that I wanted and scheduling an appointment. When I came in I was greeted with a warm welcome from Trey & the rest of the team. The test drive went well. Trey answered all my questions and informed me of all the car features. During the process Trey provided exceptional customer service & was very kind, supportive, & patient with me. The finance team was a pleasure to work with as well. They did everything they could to make sure I was able to leave in the car that I wanted. I would definitely recommend this location. The entire team is awesome.

We were driving out of state to visit family for a wedding when a rock got kicked up and shattered our moon roof. Fortunately, no injury nor body damage, but the glass is hard to come by and we could only find Heritage willing to replace it. Robin and her team worked closely with us and insurance over the weekend to give us a fast turnaround and an incredibly generous adjustment to the final bill. Could not recommend enough.

Worked a deal with Heritage Toyota from Florida. James was great in getting me all the answers I wanted on the car and pricing at all hours of the day. Lane came up clutch with the financing as there was a little miscommunication that was resolved. They put me in a hard to find TRD Pro Sequoia at a great price that I couldn’t find anywhere else on the east coast. Would highly recommend Heritage Toyota and especially James and Lane.
